Tubalcain Alhambra/The Dandy Man

Tubalcain Alhambra is also known as 'The Dandy Man', because of his glamorous clothes and attitude. Not much is known about him, except that he is a first lieutenant in Millennium and uses razor-sharp cards as a weapon. These cards act not only as weapons but also like enchantments for their master, granting him the ability of teleportation, regeneration and illusions. Fans of Hellsing call him freak, maybe because The Doctor did some experiments with him.

To my mind the problem with Tubalcain as well as with other Millennium characters is that they are characters of their skills and only that. Only The Major posses some charm and solid background.
