Walter C. Dornez/Dark Walter

In the last chapters of manga, Walter was altered by The Doctor, thus becoming Dark Walter. He was brainwashed and somehow regained his youth. Walter is now Millennium uppermost weapon, with which they want to destroy Alucard. (When the Major sees the finished product, he remarks "It was determined 55 years ago that you would join us") It is shown that Walter was an agent of Millennium for more than 55 years since the attack on Millennium base in 1944.
