Fabric that produces artificial vampire chips is found in Hong Kong but during the assault all the evidence is destroyed in flames. MI5 agent Harry Anders contacts Victoria Celes, he’s acting as negotiator with Helen – an ancient vampire in a form of a little girls that lives in an old mansion on the outskirts of the city. Anders is also working on this case. Helen tells Victoria that all this is not the work of British vampires and somebody else is behind this. After the talk Harry Anders is blown in his own car. Alucard tells Integral that a very strong vampire arrived in London.
